Four Rosmead is an absolute gem. Situated on a hill, just off Kloof street this small guest house is the perfect spot to base yourself while staying in Cape Town
The welcome we received on arrival was lovely, especially after a long flight. Nothing is too much trouble and our evening restaurant was even booked for us as well as weather information and times for the Table Mountain cable car!
I was lucky enough to stay in the suite - this is a little building in the garden. The interior was immaculate and beautifully furnished. The suite has its own private little area out the back with a lovely outside shower – very decadent!
The main house is wonderfully decorated with pieces of local art & local paintings – all very bright & vibrant and everything for sale! It is very comfortable and you can sit in the lounge area on soft, cushioned sofas and read through the large collection of art books.
Breakfast was a real delight – fresh fruit, muesli and very tasty scrambled eggs.
Cape Town has may large hotels, if you are looking for that personal touch with excellent service where nothing is too much trouble then try Four Rosmead.
