The Future Is Plastic This January

Just in time for the month of puritanical dieting, purging and being generally sin-less, Boeing is about to introduce guilt-free flying to the world.  The long-awaited 787 Dreamliner has finally completed its first test flight from a runway next to Boeing’s plant near Seattle, which was witnessed by thousands.  At 22 feet long and 19 feet diameter, it heralds a new era of plastics-based aircraft with the potential to save airlines millions of dollars in fuel costs and help the planet to boot!  For those really wanting to push the eco-friendly boat out on their next holiday, there are plenty of hotels and resorts that advocate green and sustainable tourism.  These include The Verandah Hotel in Antigua and the Gayana Eco Resort in Borneo.
