The Romantic Escape package is perfect for honeymooners or those celebrating a special anniversary, and includes a bottle of Nicholas Feuillatte champagne, a private candlelit dinner on the beach with butler service and a couples’ massage in the spa or on the guests’ own verandah. It also includes a trip on Hermitage Bay’s boat to a deserted beach for a lobster lunch and bottle of Macon Lugny.

Those booking the Luxury Retreat package will be able to indulge in a range of pampering extras, with a welcome bottle of champagne on ice, a gourmet tasting dinner from the executive chef, two days of 4WD vehicle hire and a six-hour cruise on private yacht. Guests can also enjoy a therapeutic treatment at the spa.

Hermitage Bay is set within acres of lush gardens on Antigua’s sheltered west coast next to a beautiful beach, and is an intimate property of just 25 single-storey cottages built in tropical hardwood. They all feature large bathrooms overlooking the Caribbean Sea and include verandahs or sunbathing decks.

Enjoying complete peace and tranquility, there is an infinity-edged pool plus a watersports centre where guests can try activities like sailing, windsurfing and kayaking. Antigua’s charming capital St John’s is just 30 minutes drive away and the island itself boasts no less than 365 beaches.
