Whether you’re travelling as a couple or with children, I can highly recommend the Coconut Bay Resort & Spa in St Lucia – we had such a great time! It’s got something for everyone… the hotel is split with a quieter wing for couples and a separate wing for families and kids. The grown-ups side has a spa and pool exclusively for adults, whilst the other side has a kids club and a waterpark with two waterslides and a lazy river – we often ended up on the ‘kids’ side!
As an all-inclusive resort, it also comes up trumps with the choice of dining and variety of food. We got dressed up and headed down to the a la carte restaurant ‘Silk’ for Asian cuisine. There is also the delicious ‘Bellagio’ which serves tasty Italian food. However, our favourite was the relaxed beachside grill (the burgers here are delicious!). Finally, if you really want to treat yourself, head to the Spa. It was just fabulous and good value for money too. Having a massage on the beach with the ocean only a few feet away is bliss!
